Achive a 10 star ranking in One Weapon mode to unlock Full Weapons/Apartment Replenish mode.
This mode has the following features: At the start of the game, upon entering the subway system you will see that each and every weapon is laid out in front of you.
You can grab every one of them. Also, whenever you return to your apartment, you will find six bxoes of bullets in the laundry room as well as ten Health Drinks in your refrigerator.
